When you place an order through the Bloom Store, we collect: your first and last name, phone number, email address, items ordered, and payment method selection. We do not store card numbers or mobile money PINs. All payment processing is handled securely by Selcom.

Your information is used solely to: process and fulfil your order, send you an order confirmation by SMS or email, contact you if there is an issue with your order, and improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Payment Security

All payments are processed through Selcom, a licensed payment service provider in Tanzania. When you approve a mobile money prompt or enter card details, that transaction is handled entirely within Selcom’s secure environment. Maple Bloom International School does not have access to your card or PIN details.

4. Data Retention

Order records are retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with Tanzanian financial regulations. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements, by contacting us at the email below.

5. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies to remember your shopping cart. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. By using the site, you consent to essential cookies being stored on your device.
